I suggest you to contact the admissions office and ask to speak with an officer. If you have already visited the school and has the contact information of an officer, then contact him or her.

You should explain why you missed the deadline and what steps you've taken to correct the error.

Many colleges continue to accept student applications well past posted deadlines and throughout the summer. Some schools have Rolling Admissions, which means that they continue to accept students until the class is filled.

As it all depends on the college sometimes they take late submission fee.
