IGNOU is an open university in India, which offers distance program to willing candidates.

There is no such entrance exam to pursue any course in this university. The admission to the various courses is done twice an year - Jan and July. You have already missed Jan deadlines, hence you can fill up the application form at www.ignou.ac.in
