Hello aspirant,

According to the latest guideline by the Government of India, OBC-NCL and EWS certificates that are to be uploaded in the NEET UG 2022 application form, should have been issued on or after January 1st, 2022. Last year, during phase 2 registration candidates were required to upload their category certificate and without it, it will cause problems during allotment of college as it is a necessary document required during the counseling process.

It takes around 30 days to get a caste certificate issued, however, I suggest you get it made as soon as possible.

Hope it helps!
