normally whatever felid/ course/ college you are talking about.. go to their official website and you will find in their top options bar scholarship. and then click on it.. it will get you to the page where they will inform you about eligibility criteria.

and at the bottom of the page will be the for/ link/ pdf and post address. follow the given instructions.
