Hello,

iGNOU OPENMAT form will be released by NTA at nta.ac.in. You have to fill the form in online mode when application form will be released.It was meant to release on 31st January, 2020 but it got postponed. So,wait till further announcements are made by NTA regarding commencing of application forms.
