Hey aspirant,

At first you have to give the NDA exam. Then if you get a good rank you can apply for army. After that you have to get a training for 3 years. Then after 3 years you'll be under Indian military. Next you can apply for for para special forces. There they'll check your physical and mental health. If you are eligible according to them then you can become a paracommando.

Hope this helps you.

All the best.

Hey!

You need to write NDA exam with your first prefernce as army. And after clearing the exam you will be given training for 3 years in  National defence academy. And then you will join IMA ( indian military academy), dehradoon. You will be trained here for 1 year and will be posted as liutenent. And then you have to volunteer to the para forces, for which your mental and physical strengths will be checked  by putting you in probation period. And if you pass you will be sent to para schools for training, after training you will be joining as para commander.

Thankyou
