I can understand that you wanna become a Dermatologist but i am really sorry to reply that there is no other way that you can become a dermatologist without clearing NEET because it is a post graduate degree for which you have to atleast clear NEET in india to do MBBS as your graduation but there can be  another way that in which you can do your MBBS in other Countries and clear the screening exam for PG in india .

Hope you are doing good! well, there is no other way to become a doctor without qualifying neet. For become a doctor you required a MBBS degree which is not possible to take admission in MBBS without neet.
