see in ABUL kalam ajad technical university there is no such rules to change your college after completing first year, however I suggest you to contact with the college authority in which you wish to study, if college authority approve of the admission then you may take admission in another college under same university. however thaper institute of technology takes b.tech second year admission by conducting entrance test for students who have completed b.tech first year.
