Yes you can check your individual marks of aiims 2019.
As the results are declared today on the official site of aiims and consist the marks of only 5000 students who have topped the exam.
There are only 1207 seats in all th aiims colleges and they had shortlisted 5000 student for counselling.
After 5-10 days you would be able to download your individual score card from official site of aiims.
