It is better for you to choose IT or CS as your engineering course because these fields give you ample opportunities for settling in foreign countries with good jobs.
You need to get placed in the big companies like Google, Microsoft, Facebook or Apple for availing the opportunities of settling in a foreign country.
Other than that, companion tgat have a major clients based abroad would be a good choice.
