There is only way to get lowest fees in engineering college & it is TFWS scheme.
Friend, TFWS means Tution Fee Waiver Scheme.
Every college has 5% tfws seats of each branch.TFWS candidate  have to only pay fees other than tution fee ,it is about 15 - 17 thousand per year only.

To be eligible for TFWS seat you should fulfill following criteria:

• Annual income less than 6 lakh.
• Marks in range of college tfws seat merit.
• Authorised Income certificate

In most of the engineering colleges there's an facility of submitting an Income Certificate mentioning your families annual income category. For example- less than 1 lakh per annum or between 1 to 5 lakhs per annum, like this. On basis of that Income Certificate and the income category you fall in you may get the scholarship. Thus you need not pay the full amount and can enjoy the scholarship.

Every college/institute have some percent of scholarship quata so if u have good score u can get admissions on low fees (TFWS scholarship if ur family annual income is less than 6 lac) .
Approximate fees would be 10-15 thousand
