Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you as you are fulfilling all the required criteria that are required in E.W.S certificate that are:

• Family must not own more than 5 acres of agriculture land.
• The residential flat area should be below 1000 sq ft.
• Candidate's annual family income must be less than Rs. 8 lakhs per annum.

etc are some of the criteria. For getting new certificate you should certainly visit the nearest tehsil or S.D.M office for the verification else if there is any facility of online application then you can apply for the same also.
