Package and job it all depends on your resume .If you have a degree with good cgpa and good speaking skills then it will help you. If you have done internship from different firms, it will upgrade your resume as well.

You seem to be ambitious and that is a good quality to possess. But you need to focus and improving yourself by learning new things and making yourself competent enough to be picked by large MNCs. Try learning and specialising different programming languages. As you progress you will know what it takes to be selected by Google!
