Agriculture Engineering is a good subject and you have a great scope in India . Agriculture is world's largest and most important industry for survival ever growing population.
The basic Eligibility criteria for B.E/B.Tech in Agriculture are 10 +2  or equivalent (physics, chemistry, mathematics or preferably biology).
You can also do Diploma in Agriculture Engineering.
You can get admission in IITS through JEE or other state level institutes through their respective tests.
