If you are speaking of Universities like Delhi University,Hyderabad University,Bangalore University,Kerala University etc.it (http://etc.it/) would be difficult to get Admission with this percentage of marks in Government and Aided Colleges.But I think you can get admission easily in Self financing colleges under these Universities.But You can also try in dean Universities like Manipal University,Amity University etc where they conduct a short interview to check your language skills.Marks is not a critera there,just your speaking skills can you a seat there.
