You need to prepare for NEET Entrance exams.

You should take Science stream, PCB, in 12th board.

Pass your 12th with 50% aggregate and subjects - Physics, Chemistry and Biology with English.

Clear the NEET exam, and secure 500+ rank in NEET. And then, you can take admission in medical colleges.
