I am answering this question by keeping in mind that you have asked for JEE MAINS.

So for state quota there is a different cutoff list where the rank is low as compared to other state cutoff list. 

For availing state quota admission you must have domicile certificate of that state and you need to submit that certificate during your counselling.

For admission through JEE MAINS go for NIT DELHI and DTU(if score is better), IIIT DELHI and NSIT DELHI (if score is average).

These colleges have a bit better placement record. Else you can try for Galgotias and other such private colleges but they are not much better.
