TFW refers to Fee Waiver. So while the time of applying for any entrance. You have the choice of Fee Wavier. At most 5% seats are reserved for FW. May differ in Some States but in UP it's 5%. And then you must have an certificate declaring that your Family income is less then 1 Lakh/Year. So then you are eligible for FW Seats.
