It is really good to hear that you are interested in joining ISRO. There are some eligibility criteria to join ISRO after your Btech.

You are required to appear in an Entrance Examination which is conducted by ISRO itself. You need to full fill the following Criteria In order to join ISRO: The candidate must have completed their B.E/B.Tech with at least 65% from a recognized university. Age should be between 21 to 35 years.

As it's a very big deal to get into ISRO because in the past ISRO they recruit the engineers through ICRB.

But now u just need a good GATE score to get into it.
