There are various national level entrance exams like IBPS, SBI and for other banks. You have to crack these exams in get into respective banks. You have crack the written test followed by interview to get into the bank.

You can get a bank job by cracking IBPS exams.IBPS conduct exams rated to bank and various banks participate in this exam providing the vacancy list and  how many seat they want to offer and on basis of that the exam is conducted once every year.Also SBI and RBI conduct their own exams.You can opt fir bank PO and bank clerk or whatever your choice is.
