To get into ISRO you have required qualifications for the recruitment but one must get more than 6.84 cgpa with first class to be eligible. So every year isro conducts the recruitment process and this year it ended on 15 January 2019. But don't worry you can apply next year but the age limit to apply in minimum 35 years. Isro takes students from both Btech as well as mtech. 

I think since you have higher qualifications it will be easier for you to get through.

The eligibility criteria are - 

Must vompleco Btech /be from a recognised university with at least 65% marks 

Indian 

Age between 21 to 35
