I am really sorry about my last answer it got posted incomplete. So in continuation of my previous answer I would suggest you some points,

Create a LinkedIn ID get in contact with your friends and faculties and other members on LinkedIn who have some experience in mechanical engineering background or they are into some automobile company so get in touch with them. This connection can be really really helpful in getting you a job so do this as soon as possible.

Second thing is create your profile on every job portal which is present which is online today.

Third thing is surf internet and find some good automobile company which you are looking yourself into and get their information that contact details anything can work like email or contact numbers, make a good cover letter a job application and also attached your CV to it.

Now the most important thing is that don't sit idle do something if not job go for some certifications and build your resume more strong because if you be sitting idle then it will be really really difficult to get into the job market because sitting and doing nothing will build more pressure on you.

Soyou need to search for jobs and do anything which is offered to you because I know the situation in the market and belive me there are plenty of jobs available for youngsters out there, so prepare well and if there is anything else you want, do comment.
