Its very hard to get frankly but there is way as every examination department saves the data for 10 years you kindly approch the MHCET examination authority definitely you will find way while make sure at least you have all the data like hall ticket or application number any data that they can give you marks card. 

Go to office directly and approch before you go take an appointment or enquire what best can be done
