Transfer Certificate (TC) is generally provided by the school authorities after the completion of the tenure of the candidate. TC is also given beforehand in cases where the student opts out of the school, or is expelled due to certain reasons.

There might be delay in some cases, completely depends upon the school authorities, do contact your school, if you haven't got it yet.
