One needs to register as an RNRM (Registered Nurse Registered Midwife) with the State Nurses Registration Council and get a certificate in GNM (General Nursing Midwifery).
Additionally, the eligibility requirements vary depending on the level of nursing courses and are as follows: All participants in nursing certificate, diploma, and undergraduate programmes must have completed grade 12 with a grade from an accredited board. After class 10, certain students may also apply for a variety of certification programmes.
