Hello Rajendra, getting admission into an IIT is a dream for everyone but if you want to join for under gradutation, you will have to take jee mains exam and then once you cleared jee mains, you will have to write jee advanced exam. If you want to go for post graduation like M.tech, you will have to take GATE exam. After getting the score with required cutoffs, you can get a seat in IIT.

Hardwork, Planning and preperation is all you need to take care of when you want to write an exam to get into IIT.

Hope this helps.

Thank you.

Hii,

To get seat in IIT one must write JEE Mains exam and then JEE advanced exam. Based on the Merit in the JEE Advanced candidate will be given admission in IIT. It is not that easy to get seat in IIT. One must have good knowledge on all the Intermediate topics.
