I tink you are mistaken somewhere. 

There is no stipend while doing MBA course(Please Correct me if iam not updated). But you can get summer intership after completing one year of your course in any company that pays you stipend.

If you go for marketing as a specilization, then internship in sales can fetch you a good sum with a remarkable exposure to market.
