If you want updates for the entrance exams you should sign up with any one of the career related sites and engineering related sites and there you will find a option of updates about entrance ; you have to register your mail .
And you should regularly check the newspaper and Google search.
Try to be connected with surrounding and ask your teachers and friends.
Most common exams are
Jee
BITSAT
VITEE
IPU
AMU
etc.
