Look there are a number of ways to get into Indian Army. Some of the ways that i know are :-

“PERMANENT COMMISSION”

1. NDA (National Defence Academy):-Eligible After 10+2 with PCM
2. TES(Technical Entry Scheme):-Eligible after 10+2 with PCM
3. UES(University Entry Scheme ) -Eligible during pre-final year of Engineering
4. CDSE(Combined Defence Services Exams):- Final Year Graduates and above.
5. TGC(Technical Graduates Course):-Final Year/ Have completed BE/B Tech
6. AEC(Men):-Post Graduate Degree MA/M.Sc MBA/MCA/M.Com students with 1st or 2nd Division are only eligible

“SHORT SERVICE COMMISSION”

1. Short Service Commission for Women (Officers):-Graduate/Post-Graduate
2. Short Service Commission (Non Technical) Men & Women
3. Short Service Commission (Technical) Men & Women
4. Short Service Commission (NCC) Men & Women:- NCC Senior Division (Army) and obtained 'C' certificate with minimum 'B' grade.
5. Short Service Commission (JAG) Men & Women:- Law Graduate with minimum 55% aggregate marks in LLB Degree and candidates should be eligible for registration with Bar Council of India/State.
