The Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions (TNEA) is an entrance examination that was conducted by Anna University to offer admissions to candidates in various engineering colleges in the state of Tamil Nadu. TNEA rank list is used to offer admissions to candidates in undergraduate programmes like Bachelors of Engineering (B.E.) and Bachelors of Technology (B.Tech) in colleges of Tamil Nadu. It is important to note for the candidates that TNEA written exam has been scrapped and thus for 2019 session, seats are allotted in TNEA 2019 through merit list. The merit list for this entrance exam is created on the basis of Class 12 score.
