I don't think that it is possible to know the january score seperately, as from this year onwards nta decided to give percentile rather than marks. So in january results they just gave percentile not the full marks. But after january they gave the percentile and rank of whichever was highest of two. 

You may have seen your omr sheet and also answer key. By that you could have calculated your marks, otherwise there is no method to calculate marks from percentile.
