Hello,
You can know it very easily.You just have to visit jee mains website and then login into your account using jee mains application form number and password(that was earlier given by you) and then you can fownload your jee mains application form.
Jee mains admit card will be available tentatively from 2nd week or 3rd week of March 2018.
