You haven't specified that what application password you have forgot, and you want to regain, so one of the General way to regain the password of most of the applications is that you can go to forgot password option given below, there they will ask for your email id or if email id is already registered then they will send you the new password on your registered email id, from there you can also reset your password.

There is an another way to get your password. Kindly check the mail or SMS you got after the Registration. They mention all the important details in the both, Mail and SMS. If you are still unable to regain your password then please contact their authorities so that they can resolve your issue.
