After filling up the basic details of your registration process, you will be redirected to the new window of paymnet and uploading your details. For checking your status you can check the official website where it has ben updated. You can click 'Academic Courses' tab on the official website of AIIMS, aiimsexams.org and use their login credentials for your information.

So when the admit cards will be available and if you able to download it without any hassle, that means your application has been accepted otherwise not. Moreover, you can also check the status of the application form by login to the official website of NEET using credentials

They will email you that your form is submitted successively.

And also check for your admit card if its there then its accepted.
