If you have entered any wrong details on your NEET UG application form, you usually get a message or an email from the NTA to make the necessary corrections. They also notify if you need to change your scanned documents such as signature and photograph. If you haven't got the email, you need not change the details, unless you o ow that you have committed the mistake.
