You can make list of your favourite subjects and try to find out why you have interest in that subject.What is in that subject that you like the most.

After that start linking it with your career plans.

Example-

If you have interest in science and you want to be an engineer.So you can opt for PCM in intermediate and prepare yourself for different entrance exams in India.

If you have interest in social sciences you can take humanities and opt any humanities course according to your interest. These days students are taking BA hons., integrated courses like BA LLB ,they also study fashion designing etc.

If you want to be a judge ,you can study law,etc.

And there are endless options.
