If you want to practise American English, watch their sitcoms or movies or even documentaries. Observe how each word is pronounced and the difference between American pronunciation and Indian pronunciation. Try using that pronunciation in your daily life. In the beginning it might sound all different and you may not even understand what's being spoken. But slowly you will get a hang of it and you will progress. This might be a slow process and requires enthusiasm and patience.
