I don't think it is now possible to download the seat acceptance letter for the josaa counselling 2020. Actually the counselling process and the admission procedure is considered valid only when it is completed within the the mentioned time period that is around 10 to 15 days after the final round. So there is no use of that acceptance letter as of now and hence it would not be available on the the official website of JoSSA.
