Both Aiims and jipmer are prestigious colleges of india. Over the recent year both the institutions made major changes in their exam pattern earlier it was very difficult to crack there papers as they do not have specified syllabus but now they have questions based on NCERT since you have 2 to 3 months i recommend you to learn biology and chemistry from ncert ONLY by heart which is sufficient to crack both the papers and for physics you can always use the notes you made as physics a more numerical based subject you should practice previous years questions.

Dont forget to do some sample papers for final touch and then you are ready to crack both exams
