Physics is an important  subject to crack in UPSEE. Go through the NCERT books for Physics.It covers all the topics for the exam as is very good for the understanding. Remember all the derivations, formulae and the experiments.Chapters that have more theroy in them such as Semiconducter,Waves etc should be prepared well.You can refer to books such as

For mathematics it is important that you improve your speed-solving skills. Solve as many questions as possible before the exam, and make sure to progressively enhance your speed by timing the working time for each problem.Give importance to chapters such as Integrals and Differentiations, Trigonometry , Matrix and Determinants etc.You can refer to the books like

The key to preparing Maths and Physics are time management and aiming for maximum accuracy instead of just solving questions fast. Physics can be nailed by clearing up the concepts and learning how to apply them so as to solve questions. Revise important formulas and proofs from time to time to keep the concepts fresh. Chapters like Electromagenetism, Optics, Thermodynamics, Electricity and current, Modern Physics, Waves and SHM are very scoring. Focus on these chapters. Solve previous year papers to get accustomed to solving questions that you'll find in exam.

In case of Maths, practice is the key. Start from the basics and move on to the harder chapters later. Chapters like Vectors, 3-D geometry, Differential Calculus, Probability, Permutations and combinations etc are important chapters. Time yourself while solving questions so you can keep track on your time management. Topics from one chapters are intertwined with other chapters, so make sure to keep going back to already studied chapters.
