First click on the following link and go to the e-services webpage - Online students portal.

ICAI

Register yourself there and login using your credentials. Once you get logged in you will find various tabs from which you have to select CPT registration. Then fill it online, attach the files and proceed for payment. Make payment and send the generated acknowledgement to ICAI.
