The application form for EFLU 2019 will be released in January tentatively. You can fill the form in online mode only. You can go to the official website of English and Foreign Languages for the same after the form releases.

You will need to register there after which they will send a user ID and password to your registered email. You will need to submit the reqd documents failing which your registration will be cancelled. Fees for General/OBC for one program is ₹500 and for SC/ST/PWD it is ₹250. This is non refundable.

You can check the below links for more information about the application form, documents required and for keeping yourself updated with the release of the form you can check their official website.
