If you have summited all required document for TFWS and had applied for it in Cap1 round. And if you are selected for it then that will provide you 20% concession in  your college fees.

But for any reason if you want to cancel it in Cap2 round then you have to cancel your applied form or just apply for the General Category College seat which will automatically remove TFWS selected college.
