Hello!!
Ncert is priority,so revise it first thoroughly.
Start solving previous year question paper of Neet by solving previous  year papers you would understand which chapter has more importance and you will also be able to mark your stronger and weaker topics, once you find your strength you can give it lesser time and will be able to work on your weaker portion, then try to attempt mock tests they will tell you about your position so that you can work accordingly, you can also make weekly targets on which you can work.trust me these small self made tasks help a lot.
Thank you.
