There is a separate branch called Remount Veterinary Corps which is an Operational Branch for breeding, rearing and training of all animals of the Indian Army. The posts are filled through Short Service Commission. But for that you need to  be a graduate in B.V.Sc or AH. There is no feasibility to join after 12th. You become a Graduate in B.V.Sc and then join the Indian Army as a Veterinary Doctor.
