If you are starting now don't directly jump into night outs. Change the subjects regularly. Have habit of writing notes while studying. This will resist your diversion in concentration. Dont waste time in TV, FB, What's App, internet etc. Rather listen to good music. Spend time for sports. Have good food and good sleep.
