PGI MD/MS registrations 2021 can only be completed in online mode at www.pgimer.edu.in, since it will not be accepted in any other mode. PGIMER Chandigarh is the concerned authority to publish the application form of PGIMER. The application form should be filled in six compulsory steps which includes PGIMER registration 2021, generating the application number, filling the application form, uploading required documents, paying the application fee and taking a printout of the confirmation page. If aspirants want to take the printout of their submitted application form later then they have to login to the official website by using their login ID and download the form.
