You shall have to be prepared to go to your  nearest reporting institute. In many cases,especially in latter rounds, students have to go to the reporting institue just after the day of result.

Nothing can be done about it.

You have report to the reporting centre after you have accepted the seat to verify your documents on the given date. You can also report to any NIT's/IIIT's/IIT's which are taking part in Jossa counseling, if you are not able to reach mentioned centre for document verification, but in the given date of reporting.
