Dear Agam, if you belong to Uttar Pradesh but want to take admission in Karnataka Medical colleges, you need to apply through 15% All India Quota. The procedure for Private colleges also remains the same. When NTA announces its merit list, colleges will also release the cut offs for their respective categories. Qualified candidates can fill in the online applications available at official website. Please visit this page for more information: https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/karnataka-mbbs-admission

Dear Sir/ma'm, there are two ways for this. Either you can apply in the 15% All India Quota counseling for the Karnataka medical colleges during the counseling for the government as well as deemed Universities of Karnataka. Second option is to apply through the KEA registration where you get a certain percentage of the colleges although you are a non-Karnataka student.
