There are many modes through which you can join ISRO as Scientist or Engineer. After 12th or during 12th you can appear for IIST exam ( Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology (IIST), Trivandrum ). 

After 12th you can get admission in B tech course offered by ISRO through its educational institute of IIST .Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology was established in 2007.Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology is a Deemed University recognized by UGC.

Only Indian citizens are eligible

You have to passed 12th grade with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) subjects from a well recognized board of education

You must obtained a minimum of 75% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) in the qualifying examination (65% for SC/ST/PD)

For admission you have to passed JEE entrance examination of ISAT entrance examination with good marks.
